    Very welcoming and comfortable clean hotel within easy walking to all the sites.

    Beautiful house decorated with art by local artists with very comfortable rooms. We were in the top floor looking out over the sea and had wonderful views. The breakfasts were very well done with great choices for hot food. Parking was free either at the back of the property or in an adjacent car park with the cost reimbursed by the hotel. It was very easy to walk into St Ives. The Hoste are very welcoming and take great effort to make sure everyone is cate red for. We will definitely return next time we come to St Ives.

    Just a wonderful stay, fabulous hosts and an excellent location…

    Just a beautiful stay, Mike and Sue were just genuinely fabulous, nothing was too much bother. The room was lovely, the beds and bedding were sublime, the location was perfect! the view, well what a view. Thank you

    Nice and functional hotel near one of the beaches.

    Nice decor. Staff were acomodating. The set up was pretty useful. Warm and friendly welcome. Wasn't bothered when I wanted to be alone. Bed was nice and comfy and the wifi was good.

    Only major negative is it's a bit of an uphill walk to get there.

    Other than the noise at night from bedroom, we had an excellent stay with comfortable bed and excellent views and yummy

    Clean and large room. Amazing sea views from bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Owners very friendly and helpful. Short walk to everything. Parking included.

    The room was on a busy road which was noisy in day and during night. Traffic noise , people shouting, car alarms in middle of night.
