    Aged and poorly maintained property, decent size and good location but better value at nearby chain.

    quaint, decent sized room

    POOR MAINTENANCE: mold around tub, shower handle came off, tub/shower diverter stuck in shower mode, no exhaust fan in bathroom, windows inoperable so no way to get fresh air into room. Expected better quality breakfast food for this priced hotel, hot oatmeal barely lukewarm. Low value for the price vs nearby competition.
