    Nice!

    The friendliest of the staff & the cleanliness.

    There was a smoker right down below us & the smoke kept coming up into our apartment. We complained 2x. They did say something to him, but he continued to smoke all weekend.

    Would not recommend.

    Beach location terrific. First night front desk agent very professional and prompt to bring missing suitcase stand. Registered complaint of no hot water. First review I have ever written and we travel a lot.

    First night and next morning, still no hot water to wash & shower. Was assured they were working on it. That night tv remote didn’t work. Different night agent said she would bring one right up. After 10 to 15 minutes of waiting to wash up and get into bed decided to go to Office where the night agent was playing on her phone and chatting with her friend in the office who asked her if she worked there and she told me no. When I complained that I was waiting , her response was extremely snotty with, “you expect me to jump for you.?” she escalated it from there with her nasty talk. Bottom line, finally got a remote to work, but then the actual television picture was messed up on the station we wanted to watch. Requested three times to please have the manager call me. Never received the call. All in all made it a lousy place to stay and I would not recommend it at all.
