Enjoyable stay
Great location easy to explore Newquay on foot and numerous walks from the doorstep. Safe and secure parking and fantastic accessibility facilities; walk in shower, lift

Central location but quiet road . Very large comfortable apartment . Felt safe . Lots of space! Comfortable beds . Great to have 2 bathrooms . Self check in and out .

Disappointing stay
Location was very close to the town but still quiet. The building next door was derelict, which obviously the owners cannot help but we didn’t feel that safe. Bathrooms were modern and the kitchen was well equipped
The apartment smelt damp, and the furnishings were a little tired / stained. We had issues with the bedding having mould / being damp. The owner brought new bedding the second day and offered a small refund however this did ruin our stay and we were celebrating a friend’s birthday
