    Clean, fresh and welcoming. Home from home.

    Beautiful property and Hazel the owner even though we didn’t meet trusted us in her home and allowed us to sit in the lounge. A lovely stay. Highly recommend.

    Booked last minute for a 1 night stay. Room was lovely and clean. Hazel the host was lovely so welcoming and gave us lot of recommendations for food in the local area. Guest house is not fully in use at the moment but that was fine with us as it was super quiet. 8 minute drive to Mundesley. Our only con was there wasn’t any power to the shower. I would stay again.

    Beautiful property , comfortable bed. Warm friendly welcome. Peaceful and close to the beach. Had a wonderful stay. Local chippy serves delicous food.

    Was a lovely place to come for the night, The room was lovely and had a feeling of home, The owners were very accommodating and very welcoming. Will definitely recommend to family and friends
