Welcome to our charming flats in the heart of Providencia! We are located in a beautiful French style building where the Hotel Orly used to be. The owners remodeled and made cozy, fully equipped flats for 2-5 people, maintaining the excellence of the service. Our location is unbeatable; you can easily explore on foot an area full of restaurants, shops and businesses. In addition, the Pedro de Valdivia Metro station is just a few steps away, making it easy to get to the center of Santiago and other areas of interest. All our flats have fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning and thermopane windows. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living and dining room, along with a charming interior terrace that you can enjoy in addition to the privacy of your own flat. On the first floor, we also have a washing machine and dryer for the exclusive use of our guests. If you are coming to Santiago this will be the ideal place for your stay. *Please note that the daily cleaning service is not included in the rates, but you can request it for an additional cost of 35 dollars.     Manager wasn't on duty despite the fact we told them we'd be arriving late, and we were left waiting in the rain outside the hotel for 30 minutes at 2am. After finally getting inside he kept insisting we were getting our own name wrong (even to the point of showing us the personal information of another customer) before finally finding our reservation after a painstaking process of reading out a reservation reference number by number. Finally we had to walk up the street to a second, less nice location. If we were going to be in a different building that should have been advertised in advance. Also, they charge extra for room cleaning, which is just cheap.
