    La signora Paola è stata molto gentile e accogliente, il suo appartamento è eccellente, comodo con i servizi, vicino alla spiaggia, in prossimità di supermercati e bar. È predisposto con tutti i confort, compreso aria condizionata, balcone per stendere e mangiare fuori, lavatrice e due bagni che per 5 persone fanno davvero la differenza. La cucina ha tutto e la posizione è straordinaria. Se torneremo a Sestri sarà possibilmente e nuovamente la nostra scelta. Grazie

    Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist im coolen schnörkellosem Loft Style renoviert, sehr sauber und die Basics, wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toil. Artikel sind alle da. In der Küche ist incl.Spülmaschine auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nur eine Grundausstattung an Essig/Öl, Salz, Gewürzen etc. sollte man mitbringen. Keine Mikrowelle. Die zwei Bäder sind gut und funktional, eines hat ein kleineres Fenster. Warmwasser lief ausreichend und sehr gut. Altstadt, Strände, Supermarkt, Restaurants usw. sind gleich um die Ecke oder nur ein paar Strassen weiter.

    Der private Parkplatz war 1,2 km entfernt und ist mit einer Schranke gesichert. Die Vermieterin hat die Fernbedienung dazu. Auf Wunsch wird man gerne zum Parkplatz gefahren und abgeholt. Man kann das Auto nicht unabhängig wegfahren. Die Wohnung ist innen nicht ganz so hell wie abgebildet, bei Überlastung des Stromnetzes kann die Sicherung herausspringen. Uns waren die Betten zu hart und die Couch etwas unbequem, aber das ist subjektiv.

    Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo e in posizione strategica per il centro. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili, ci hanno tenuto la macchina oltre il chek out e ci hanno consigliato itinerari e ristoranti nei dintorni.
