    Its central position.

    When you arrived at the property the downstairs area to the apartment was grubby and the lower stairs had loose pipes and cables hanging about the stairwell. The whole place looks unfinished! Upstairs the rooms were large but in the back bedroom the ceiling was marked and looked damp! Whilst we were staying there the hot water went off twice...no hot water for showers etc for sometime. The owner was contacted and he did sort the problem out! Needs some TLC. The bathroom was good and shower powerful.

    Great Location, great spacious apartment with lovely views of the historic centre.

    The location of this property is excellent in the centre of historic Buxton. If you were coming by train it is walkable . There are two large bedrooms and good space in the living areas.

    There is NO parking space as was advertised on Booking.com. You have to park a short walk away and pay , not expensive and can do on phone but it is a steep walk if you are older or infirm. ( also note 2 flights of stairs to navigate with bags) It is also a tricky town centre to navigate. The Post code given on Booking.com was incorrect. Technically there is no parking on the road outside the apartment you have to either park and walk from the parking space or risk parking on the large pavement and unload your bags. The kitchen is not well -equipped if you wanted to do lots of cooking. Fine for breakfasts. There should be better cleaning equipment for washing up. No dishcloth/Jcloth The building is undergoing some renovation so there was some building noise one morning
