Excelente localização no coração de Ortigia
Localização excelente no coração de Ortigia. A apenas minutos a pé dos principais pontos turísticos. Todos no staff são muito simpáticos e atenciosos.
Café da manhã fraco, com pouquíssimas opções para os padrões do hotel. O estacionamento/valet privado funciona bem, mas é caro.

We loved the staff first and foremost. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable we enjoyed our stay very much.

Idéal pour découvrir Syracuse et Ortigia
L'emplacement est parfait. Mention exceptionnelle pour la gentillesse de l'accueil par Bernadette, soin incroyable réactivité aux mails et sa gestion parfaite de la réservation (rendez-vous pour déposer la voiture à un voiturier et accueil généra). Adorable.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, working lift, clean… all you could ask for!
The staff, location, room were all exceptional. Very secure, working lift, great AC, comfortable bed, easy walking to restaurants, shops, market historic sites.
The pillows were plentiful but are very firm (like memory foam) and don’t work well for someone who needs a squishy type.
