Good location, but very rude staff. They are like a dishonest car rental who will charge extra for anything they dont li
The property is close to the centre and the place is not bad. However, the staff is rude and not providing much help. They charged us extra for broken bath screw that was already broken to begin with. I was blamed not knowing their process and let them know in advance. We had to pay cleaning fee for this place and they unjustifiably charged us for extra cleaning fee for small stinks on the cups. When I called to dispute the charge, the staff was very rude and accused me that we left the place disgusted. I have been travelling for 20 years and was never ever had a staff as rude as this. I expect they will response to this comment with more lies.
The very dishonest and rude staff. They are like a dishonest car rental who like to pick on things to charge afterwards.
