    La casa tenía todo lo necesario, estaba bien limpia, las vistas desde la terraza del apartamento 8 son espectaculares, hacia el pico del Teide y hacia el mar.

    Quiet and safe

    It is a spacious comfortable apartment with minimalist but sufficient furniture and utilities. There is no need for air conditioning. The swimming pool is excellent. It's very easy to find parking in the area, especially from the kitchen side (there are two entrances). The area is safe, quiet and it's a walking distance to the beach (about 20 minutes downhill)

    The washing machine is in the communal room and it's often in use by other residents of the complex, but everyone uses a short programme so it's not that big of a deal.
