    Great place to stay! Right next to the heartbeat of Catania.

    We were very glad to stay at Giovanni's place. A very kind and helpful host with great suggestions. His place is very central, quiet , clean, tidy with all the amenities needed for (unfortunately) one night. 10+. Thank you Giovanni!

    Ωραία για μέχρι 3 άτομα

    Εκπληκτική τοποθεσία για nightlife αλλά και για βόλτες πρωινές. Πολύ καλή υποδοχή. Βεράντα για να αράξεις έξω από το σπίτι. ΚουΙνα με τα όλα της .

    Νιώθαμε ανασφάλεια. Μας χτύπησαν άγνωστοι την πόρτα . Ήμασταν 5 άτομα και αυτοί που κοιμήθηκαν στο ισόγειο εκτός από το απαράδεκτο στρώμα του καναπέ, είχαν και πολλή φασαρία όλη νύχτα . Οι πετσέτες ήταν πολύ φθαρμένες και μύριζαν μούχλα .

    Posizione eccellente. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile che ci ha portato anche le valigie dal garage alla struttura, ci ha dato consigli e reso disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ottima pulizia

    Non era chiaro che la casa fosse strutturata su due livelli e che il divano letto fosse piano terreno dunque accanto alla porta d'ingresso pertanto abbastanza rumoroso per chi ci ha dormito

    Este aproape de centru, facilitățile apartamentului sunt bune pentru un sejur scurt, este curat și are o terasă plăcută pentru a lua micul dejun.

    Parterul are foarte puțină lumină naturală și un oarecare miros de igrasie / umezeală. Noaptea este zgomot de la trafic și vecinii au un câine către latră.
