⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Magnificent Stay in Florence! Our accommodations were absolutely magnificent! The location was simply fabulous—within walking distance of so many of Florence’s attractions, restaurants, shops, and beautiful sights. Our host, was wonderful. He met us right at our scheduled arrival time, personally walked us through everything we needed to know, made sure we had our keys, and ensured we were completely comfortable before leaving. We also appreciated knowing that 24-hour assistance was available if we had any issues during our stay. The entire experience was welcoming, convenient, and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence, Italy. We would gladly stay here again! 🇮🇹❤️

Nice flat, bad management and maintenance
The location. The place was very nice, the rooms were nicely renovated while keeping original touches.
We had for three people only two sets of towels and they were unable to provide another one during three days. The bathroom was a bit worn out. The toilet seat was loose and the rain shower head was really dirty. Communication with the staff was complicated: We wrote them regarding the issues with the flat but they were unable to provide fixes. They tried to fix some things once, but unfortunately did (partly) the wrong things in the end. When pointing this out, the person on site said it would not be responsible.
