Please be informed that Phi Phi Phu Chalet Beach Resort offers a free one-way shuttle service via long-tail boat from Tonsai Bay to the property. The boat ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Tonsai Pier, guests are kindly asked to look for the resort sign. A on-site staff will be holding the sign with the resort's name on it. This service is free only once during check-in (Tonsai Pier -> Resort). An additional fee will be applied for the transfer upon check-out from the resort to the mainland pier. This service will be available as the following schedule: ● From Tonsai Pier to Resort: 11:30, 13:30, 16:00 and 17:00 hrs. ● From Resort to Tonsai Pier 08:00 and 12:00 hrs.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Nice area, good views, maybe a bit dated.
The views from the proprty were amazing. The pool was nice. Very serene environment far from others. However, some issues with the views as the trees were untrimmed
I understand it’s a property surrounded by nature, but I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Also, there was no properly hot water in the shower. Finally, the transportation (water taxi) broke down in the middle of the initial pickup and we had to wait on the water for 30+min. Overall, the property felt a bit dated.

Le calme, la piscine, le petit déjeuner très bon avec du choix, la vue sur mer
Petit désagrément à l’arrivée ce n’était pas la chambre familiale que nous avions réservé mais tout a été réglé très vite

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean, and full of charm. The smell of the wooden chalets was amazing and created such a warm and cozy atmosphere. Our room was also super clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The only downside was the location. The hotel was quite far from the main port, so every time we wanted to take a boat trip to the nearby islands, we had to arrange a ferry, which was quite expensive. If you want a quiet vacation, this is very good choice.
