    Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the apartment deserves 10/10. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and although the balcony is small, it is perfectly comfortable for two people. The apartment is suitable for three, or at most four, guests. However, if comfort is important to you, I would recommend staying with no more than three people. The only minor downside inside the apartment is that the mattress is very soft, which may not be comfortable for guests who prefer firmer support.

    The only negative aspect of our stay was the lack of clear information regarding the SPA and pool access. We experienced an uncomfortable situation when a hotel employee informed us that, as guests staying in Apartment 66, Block 3, we were not allowed to use the SPA facilities or the outdoor pools. We were told that this was due to an unresolved arrangement between the apartment owners and the hotel management. Eventually, we were offered a solution by paying an additional fee of approximately €30 per person per day to access the SPA facilities. Unfortunately, this important information is not mentioned anywhere in the Booking description, which can easily lead to confusion and unpleasant situations for guests. I strongly recommend that the property clearly states this in the listing so future guests know exactly what is and is not included in their reserations.
