    Disappointed with Primrose Cottage. Loved the local pub and the location.

    Window seal had gone in the bedroom, so was such a shame that you could not see the view from there. The whole place smelt musty, and is in need of tlc. Was clean but not cared for, settee and chair in real need of a clean and looked quite grubby. Bathroom needs repainting. TV (bedroom) remote needs replacing as changing channel button did not work. I would not rebook this cottage, but have booked another for next year which looks far better.

    De locate was prima. Er was voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

    Wat een verschrikkelijk huisje! Er zat totaal geen liefde in. Bij binnenkomst ligt er een briefje uit de COVID-periode en ik denk dat de eigenaar ook sinds die tijd zelf niet meer in het huisje is geweest. Kaartje van wifi is incorrect en geen welkomstmapje met informatie. Elektrische douche werkte onduidelijk en eenmaal aan de praat was er niet mee te douchen wegens veel te lage druk! Alles in het huisje is oud (behalve de keuken zelf). Verder is alles al jaren niet vernieuwd en gevuld met 2e hands meuk! Als je een inductieplaat hebt, zorg dan ook voor zeer goede pannen! En je kan op z’n minst de smart-tv toch aan het netwerk koppelen zodat daar gebruik van kan worden gemaakt. De tuin is overspoeld met onkruid en kan je niet lekker in zitten. De gezamenlijke patio nodigt niet uit om te gaan zitten (het kan niet eens) een zwaar gemiste kans!!! Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is ver te zoeken. We hebben ruim 220 euro per nacht betaald voor dit huisje waar we zo snel als mogelijk wilde vertrekken. Al was het maar om de reusachtige spin die in het bed van mijn dochter liep. Ik zou dit huisje niet aanbevelen! Echt slecht!

    Comfortable cottage which suited our needs but the cottage obviously require maintenance repairs and updating in key ar

    The views. The sitting room was comfortable. Very clean throughout. The kitchen was fairly well equipped.

    The Wi-Fi frequently didn’t connect. The shower pressure is very poor. The single bed beside the window was uncomfortable - it’s on a slant. The outside bench needs updating. The kitchen tap wasn’t repaired during our stay.

    Comfortable stay in a good location for the Royal Cornwall Show.

    A very well kept traditional cottage. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable,with a twin room and a dble.We felt the bathroom was a bit tired but was clean and hot water was plentiful.The cottage was only set up for 2 people, But the booking was for 4 people. This was soon rectified by calling the caretaker Tracey. She was very apologetic and said her booking showed only 2 people staying. We soon had extra bedding and towels to cater for us all. Thankyou Tracey. The cottage is set behind The Quarryman pub, with about a dozen traditional miners cottages. A very busy pub and recommend booking for a table Very good food.

    Instructions on the oven would off been handy .
