  מלון נחמד אינטימי.

  מלון יפה נקי קרוב מאוד לבית חב"ד רק חבל שהיה סגור... הצוות אדיב מאוד.

  איזור עישון הוא באיזור הספא זה מקלל למי שלא סובל סיגריות . יש בניה מחוץ למלון כך שהרעש מתחיל לפני השעה 8 בבוקר.

  nice hotel

  we liked that there is a spa in the hotel. that staff helped through our staying (except when we first came to the hotel there were one desk girl that was not nice)

  There is no electric kettle in the room nor coffee machine. there was not garbage can in the room except the restroom.

  Would rate this hotel hardly 3 stars. They have to make up the breakfast urgently.

  The hotel is quite nice and new, with very friendly and attentive staff. Very comfortable bed. I booked an anti-stress massage, which was done by a wonderful lady named Jane. I really enjoyed it — she was very professional, and the massage was very good.

  The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but we were traveling by car, so this was not a major issue for us. However, the hotel is right in the middle of a construction site, so it was quite noisy in the morning. Breakfast started at 8:00 a.m., but when we came down at 8 because we needed to leave early, it was not yet fully ready. Unfortunately, the breakfast itself was not up to the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel. Some of the products did not seem fresh: the pastrami was old and had a slimy texture, the cheese was dried out, and the scrambled eggs seemed to have simply been reheated from the previous day. The boiled eggs were cold, the bread was stale, and the coffee tasted like unfiltered water. It was quite surprising that the hotel presents itself as a four-star property. As for the spa, the pool water was pleasantly warm, which we really enjoyed. However, on the first day, the water in the jacuzzi was noticeably dirty. The hammam was also not ready for use and was not heated. We asked the staff to turn it on, but even after 40 minutes it still had not reached a suitable temperature, so unfortunately we were unable to use it.
