Good resort
The resort is globally good. The public areas are appreciable : there are many swimming pools, and there is a private beach which is globally clean. The employees are very sympathic. All the equipments are good. The food is ok.
The cocktails are really bad. You have to pay extras for some cocktails (pina colada 3$) and for some food (mango 3$). The WiFi is not working in the rooms, only in the entrance hall. For the activities : The snorkeling activity was not very good, we spent one complete day on a boat for only 2 hours inside the water, because we were always waiting for the one who were doing diving activity. At the spa center, the massagists tried to rip us off : we asked for 50 minutes of massage + 40 minutes of body scrub, and we only had 30 minutes of massage.

Great stay
The hotel was clean and tidy. Pool and beach were well maintained and all of the staff were amazing, so helpful and polite. The room was cleaned very well and to a high standard.
The other guests were rude and disrespectful to staff and this was sad to see. One issue was that the food wasn't hot, we were there for the beginning of service and the food was like warm

La posizione ottima con un mare stupendo con due belle piscine...cibo internazionale non abbiamo avuto nessun problema
La camera grande ma da rivedere perché datata e non era quella che abbiamo scelto!!!con un condizionatore rumoroso la pulizia e il rapporto con la clientela da parte dello staff lascia molto a desiderare il ristorante italiano assolutamente NO
