A lovely house and garden. Very welcoming and clean and bright. Well set out room with a very comfortable bed.

Puddle Duck Lodge is a charming, quirky and memorable alternative to a standard hotel.
Puddle Duck Lodge is a delightfully quirky and charming place to stay. Throughout the rooms and wider property—including the garden area—there are fascinating trinkets and unexpected touches to discover. It is clearly the product of considerable thought, imagination and effort, creating accommodation that genuinely lives up to the name Puddle Duck Lodge. This is not standard hotel accommodation, but that is precisely its appeal. A continental breakfast is thoughtfully delivered to the room in a hamper, and the hosts are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. It was an unexpected and thoroughly enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere a little different. I very much hope to return in the future.
