    Fantastic Location & Incredible Service, But Minor Room Maintenance Issues – 4/5 Stars

    We had a wonderful stay overall at the Pullman Bali and found so much to love about the property! The Highlights: Outstanding Staff: The highlight of our stay was easily the team working here. The staff are extremely friendly, warm, and attentive. Every interaction was met with genuine hospitality, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Modern & Clean Facilities: The resort amenities and common areas were top-notch. Everything felt very modern, spotless, and well-maintained throughout the property, from the lush pool areas to the common lounge spaces. Unbeatable Location: The location is absolutely prime. You are right in the heart of everything you need—restaurants, shops, markets, and the beach are all within easy walking distance, making it super convenient to explore without constantly needing transport.

    Areas for Improvement: The only downside to our stay was a minor issue with our bathrooms. The shower was not draining properly, which led to standing water during use. Also there was a noticeable strong ammonia smell coming from the bathroom. Despite the bathroom drainage issue & odour, the incredible staff, prime location, and clean facilities made our time here very enjoyable. With a bit of attention to the bathroom plumbing, this resort would be absolute perfection!
