Great value and fantastic staff and convenient facilities

Convenient and manageable walk to the ferry terminal, clean and well managed and really helpful and informative staff

Most rooms face the skate park and it can get noisy even after dark with loud blaring of music and hooligans there - poor soundproofing also

Good location for my one night stay, room was well appointed and comfortable

A fan or some noisy device outside the room switched on and off all night which reduced sleep quality
