  The location is excellent! The villa is in a very quiet area with absolutely amazing views and a lovely atmosphere. One of the best things about staying here is the opportunity to enjoy snorkelling whenever you want. The location is also very convenient, especially being so close to the famous Farsha Café. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was disappointing. We booked a room without a view, and it was extremely small. There was barely enough space for our luggage, so we had to leave our suitcases on the floor, making the room feel even more cramped and messy. The cleanliness was the biggest issue. The toilet was shockingly dirty, unlike anything I had experienced before. On top of that, we arrived at around 6 pm and our room still wasn't ready, which was a very disappointing start to our stay. Overall, the location, peaceful atmosphere, and incredible views are definite highlights. However, the room's size, poor cleanliness, and lack of preparation on arrival seriously affected the experience. With better housekeeping and organisation, this place could be so much better.

  Good stay without WiFi

  Walking distance to private beach with beautiful coral, staff are friendly

  No wifi in my room and I have to walk to first floor lobby to use WiFi. Because no WiFi in the room, everybody go to lobby and create so many noise. I could concentrate on my work due to these noise

  Séjour agréable, mais attention à la clim (bruyante)

  Je précise une chose : en Egypte pour découvrir ce qu’il se passe dans la mer rouge. Donc emplacement idéal près des récifs coralliens en bas de la falaise, et des plages plus touristiques juste au dessus. Proche du vieux Charm El Sheikh pour une viré nocturne. Au calme, et éloigné des resorts. Pour l’équipement : - intérieur : il manque quelques petits ustensiles dans la cuisine mais riens de grave. - extérieur : piscine, jardin entretenues J’ai été accueilli par George, un homme très bien, qui répondra à vos questions et qui vous aidera pour planifier des excursions ou autres. Autour de la maison : petits commerces de proximité à 5 min à pied, petits restaurants et mini supermarché près de la station service à 10 min à pied. J’avais la chambre avec balcon et vue sur mer : parfais sauf 2 points (remarque ci-dessous).

  2 points : - la climatisation : elle fonctionne mais fait énormément de bruit (on arrive à 50 décibels à l’intérieur ce qui est gênant pour dormir au calme). Le problème est connu du propriétaire, mais … - la sur facturation : le propriétaire m’a pris 14% de taxe supplémentaire sans en connaître la nature ; et il m’a pris 25$ pour des pseudos prestations de ménage qui n’ont jamais été réalisé. Donc prévoyez une augmentation du prix de 20% par rapport au prix affiché que vous pensez payer. (Malgré deux messages au service client de booking.com, je n’ai eu aucune réponse…).
