    Not what we had hoped!!

    The beds were comfortable, big house, beautiful views.

    The upstairs bathroom smelt of ammonia, very unpleasant, especially after running the taps. A lot of the cutlery was dirty. The kitchen sink basin had melted cheese stuck to it. The general cleanliness of the house was not good, cobwebs, dust, dirty finger marks!! Lacking maintenance.

    Had visited previously so was happy to repeat visit.

    Problem with aerial on kitchen tv. Reception on non BBC Channels disappeared ofte.

    Great house in good location

    The house was ideal for our trip. Our friends slept upstairs and we used the ground floor. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great with a 10 minute walk down to the harbour soaking up the beautiful views on the way. Shame we cane in October so couldn't really make use of the lovely outdoor facilities.

    The beds downstairs weren't the most comfortable I've slept in and were a little short for my 6ft 1" husband.

    Pleasant

    The lodge itself is nice and big, ample for a family of six

    Location for a mobility scooter is quite tricky .cobwebs,large dead dusty spiders and dust ,cold stone floors. And being told to put the hover around before you leave the property.

    Good location, let down by property.

    Location good and well described.

    Downstairs bedroom cold and dark, and too far from toilet. Outside areas not swept/tidy. Outside furniture in need of cleaning/varnishing or replacing. Settees uncomfortable. Main bedroom lit all night by neighbours outside security light. Too many trailing electric cables throughout.
