    A good place to stay to explore Brixham.

    Comfortable and clean room, superb breakfasts, friendly host. Good location for town and harbour. Parking available on site.

    Clean and comfortable guesthouse with parking

    Very comfortable and clean. After the first night Steve moved me to a larger more spacious room as the original room was quite small for a double.

    Nice guest house and great breakfast

    We were very happy about the room and the bathroom. The bed was particularly comfortable and there were tea and coffee making facilities and fresh biscuits provided every day. Also a bottle of water was left in the room. Breakfast was very good, we had eggs florentine and another day cooked breakfast. We could not fault it. Good amount and nicely presented. Also including in that we had cereal, fruit juice and fruit available. We highly recommend it and we will come back again.
