Great location and clean and beautiful rooms
The location was amazing, the room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was lively and we loved the coffee machine available in the common area.
On one of the night there was very loud music playing on a Friday night until 3-4am, possibly from one of the bars or restaurants nearby and I had to sleep with earplugs

Fantastic location. Right in the middle of Florence near the Duomo. We even walked with our luggage from the train station no problem. There is one flight of stairs you have to manage but that's to get to the elevator which you can then easily transport your luggage.

Amazing hotel in Florence!
Room was excellent, felt more like a B&B but with a hotel facility like daily cleaning, cold filtered water, coffee. It was a really comfortable room, very comfy bed and the location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again, the host was so lovely and even gave us some great recommendations for our time in Florence

You are near the famous spanish stairs, noisy, just close your windows. Still it was a wonderful experience
