Good location.
The location was good. This facility has a washing machine and nice drying rack for clothing. The kitchen was adequate. Bed was comfy.
No full time staff and upon arrival we were lucky to find a cleaning person to let us in.

Lovely Florentine style apartment
Great communication with the host. 5 minutes walking to Central train station, 15 minutes walking to Piazza del Duomo. Good kitchenette, good WiFi. Lovely Florentine interior decor.
As the apartment is in an old building, some facilities are not great: no elevator (it was not a problem for us as we knew that, so we had only small cabin size luggage, but it would not be suitable for people with mobility issues); very small shower cabin (unfortunately old buildings have small bathrooms), old pipes smell difficult to mask (not owner's fault).

We enjoyed our stay at Ricale. The location was perfect for getting on and off the train very short distance to drag your bags. The appartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The room was very quiet, and had air conditioning for those hotter days and evenings. It was a short walk to see all the sights around Florence. There is a supermarket across the road to get basic needs.
