  El chico que nos atendió, Elvin, que creemos que es el dueño, fue muy agradable y nos explicó todo. El entorno es ideal, paz en medio de la toscana, y las vistas son increíbles. Las instalaciones están bien, aunque hay algunas cosas dentro de los apartamentos que se podrían mejorar. La zona de la piscina y alrededores es un tesoro

  Considero que la limpieza no es la adecuada y que hay mucho mobiliario dentro de los apartamentos que se podrían cambiar, ya que están algo viejos

  Insects in both apartments; we reported the issue and left

  We reserved the Deluxe Apartment for four nights for two adults, but on arrival on 30 August 2026 found several insects on the floor and in the bathroom, together with visible debris around the bathroom fixture and corners. The host offered a replacement apartment, which we inspected; although it appeared more recently renovated, we found insects in its living room and saw a live insect enter a hole in the wall while the host reached toward it. We reported the issue immediately through Booking.com, left that evening without staying overnight, and found the condition of both offered apartments unacceptable at handover.

  Alojamento muito bonito e tranquilo onde é possível descansar e visitar alguns dos lugares mais bonitos da Toscana. O apartamento está bem equipado e decorado. Tem tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar em casa. De salientar a cesta com legumes e vegetais que encontrámos à chegada - um gesto muito simpático! Fomos bem recebidos por Alvin que nos deu todas as informações necessárias sobre o alojamento e sobre os serviços disponíveis na vila mais próxima.

  Lovely peaceful place to stay for Siena

  The apartment was lovely, clean and airy. Air con in the lounge and both bedrooms worked very well. The kitchen had good facilities, cutlery, basic cooking things like pans knives oil etc. The pool was amazing and peaceful, with very nice surroundings and a perfect temperature. The host was excellent and responsive when I had a few questions and requests. Location is also great for Siena/Tuscany in general. Roughly 15-20 minutes drive into Siena but far enough out to be quiet. There is also a town 2 minutes away with supermarket, pharmacy.

  Only minor gripe was that the walls seem quite thin so we could hear the neighbours moving about quite a bit
