Excellent position close to the Estuary.
Excellent position, very comfortable, had the complete floor to ourselves. Tim is a great host, nothing too much trouble.

Tim is een goede gastheer, zorgzaam. Punctueel. We hadden t goed!
De ligging, het bed, de douche en de gepocheerde eieren De toegang tot de rivier en looppad naar Topsham. Pub dichtbij (Puffing Billy) de gezamenlijke ruimte met TV.
De kamer waar we in verbleven had een heerlijk buiten, geen zicht op de rivier. Ontbijt is Engels niet intercontinentaal.
