    Ubicación, atención, comodidad, limpieza, servicios

    Por las noches falta luz en el edificio y esto dificulta la movilidad por las escaleras ya que al estar obscuro es complicado.

    Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat auch gestimmt. Für eine Person war das Apartment großzügig, auch zu zweit kommt man gut zurecht. Der Gastgeber ist kommunikativ und hilfsbereit, und es gibt ein hilfreiches Erklärvideo für den Check In Prozess.

    Ich weiß nicht, warum die Wohnung "romantic flat" heißt. Das Dekor ist spartanisch, so auch die Ausstattung des Apartments. Das Bett war sehr unbequem, die Bettwäsche abgenutzt. Das Warmwasser ist nach wenigen Minuten aufgebraucht, man sollte also auch kalt duschen mögen, selbst als Einzelperson war es eine Herausforderung. Es ist extrem hellhörig und schlecht isoliert (Nachbarn halten sich nicht immer an Ruhezeit), Zigarettenrauch der Nachbarn zieht auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern rein. Es gibt keine Türe zwischen Küche und Schlafbereich und der Kühlschrank war unfassbar laut und hielt mich nachts wach.
