La ubicación no lo es todo
Ubicación
Aunque el apartamento está bien ubicado en Florencia, lamentablemente no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Las fotografías publicadas no reflejan fielmente la realidad del alojamiento, lo que genera una sensación de decepción al llegar. Además, el acceso es bastante incómodo, especialmente por las escaleras, que dificultan muchísimo subir y bajar las maletas. También se anuncian dos baños, pero en realidad solo hay un baño completo y otro muy pequeño que no tiene ducha. Los aires acondicionados son bastante ruidosos, lo que puede resultar molesto, especialmente durante la noche. Son detalles importantes que deberían informarse con mayor claridad antes de reservar. Considero que una buena ubicación no es suficiente para justificar el precio. La relación calidad-precio deja mucho que desear, especialmente cuando las condiciones reales del apartamento no corresponden con lo que se ofrece en el anuncio.

Location is close to a lot of activities that Florence has to offer.
There is no front desk. Response time via the app is slow for communicating with staff. There is no mention about how steep and narrow the stairwell is.

Schlechte Kommunikation, Schmutzig, Gestank, unfreundlich!
Schmutzig! Abfall lag herum. Keine Rückmeldung, als wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Schlechte Kommunikation. In der Waschmaschine war braunes Wasser und die Wohnung stank danach. Eine Abzockerfalle!
