    Lokalizacja, wystrój, nowoczesność, czystość i udogodnienia

    W sezonie przejściowym noce są zimne, przydałaby się dodatkowe koce ;) brak parkingu

    Bardzo fajna miejscówka z drobnymi usterkami. Nam się podobało. Chętnie skorzystalibśmy powtórnie.

    Wspaniała lokalizacja: 50 m od jednego z głównych deptaków handlowo-restauracyjnych Poznania (niedaleko centrum handlowe Stary Browar) - ul Półwiejska i Szkolna lub Wrocławska którymi bezpiecznie można dość na Starówkę. Czysty, wesoły, dobrze wyposażony, urządzony z gustem apartament. Brak hałasów z ulicy - okno na wewn. podwórko. Miłe podejście Gospodarza do gości.

    Jest wentylator sufitowy, ale latem brak klimatyzacji może być męczący. Tym bardziej, że nisko latające nad Starówką samoloty pasażerskie są dosyć głośne i warto na noc zamknąć okno. Przydała by się jakaś mała kanapa lub dwa foteliki do siedzenia (brak siedzeń z oparciem). Na to gospodarz oczywiście wpływu nie ma ale informuję dla porządku: klatka schodowa jest dosyć obskurna, a widok z okna na inne kamienice i kosze na śmieci... Z tym, że nieprzyjemnych zapachów z tego tytułu nie ma.

    Lokalizacja w centrum miasta, wszędzie blisko. Bardzo dużo udogodnień - internet, sprzęty i telewizja. Bardzo czysto.

    Przez drzwi do łazienki za dużo widać
