Small historic cortage with some issues.

This is a small, traditional cottage in a central location in St Ives.

There were a few issues unfortunately: - The double bed seemed very cheap and the bedding, although clean, was clearly well used and in need of refreshing. - The fridge was missing a full shelf and bottle shelf in the door, making in quite difficult to store our perishables. - The bathroom smelt damp throughout our stay despite keeping the window open throughout as instructed. The bathroom is very small! - I don’t think the cost aligned with the quality of our stay unfortunately. - We chose to leave the cottage 2 days early as damp conditions and uncomfortable bedding is not ideal.

Great location, house was cosy and had everything we needed

Not a criticism as is somewhat inevitable with St Ives, but note parking is 20-25min walk away
