I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the best things is their complimentary pickup and drop service from the main market and Tibetan Kitchen, which is something you hardly find even in 3-star or 4-star hotels in Leh. The service is very quick, and they respond within just 5 minutes. The food is also excellent, and you can choose what you like without any extra charges, including breakfast. What impressed me the most was their care and hospitality. If you are sick or travelling with elderly people, the staff take care of you like their own family members. Truly a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Leh.

A Memorable Experience at Sangaylay Palace Leh Sangaylay Palace is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Leh Ladakh. The hotel offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with clean, spacious rooms, modern facilities, and warm hospitality. The staff are welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. One of the highlights was the evening bonfire, which created a wonderful atmosphere after a day of exploring Ladakh. The Mall Road pickup and drop-off service was also very convenient. The food was enjoyable, and the overall experience made the stay even more special. The hotel is conveniently located approximately 1 km from the main market, making it easy to explore the local area while enjoying a peaceful stay. Highly recommended for families, couples, and international travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine Ladakhi hospitality. I would happily recommend Sangaylay Palace to anyone planning a trip to Leh Ladakh.

Our stay at Sangaylay Palace was truly unforgettable. The hotel offers stunning views of the majestic Himalayan mountains and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. We especially enjoyed the delicious food, peaceful garden, and the genuine Ladakhi hospitality. The team made us feel at home and helped us enjoy our time in Leh. It was a wonderful experience combining comfort, beautiful scenery, and local charm.
