    Из плюсов могу отметить просторную комнату и близость к центру.

    Поскольку квартира находится в центре,там действуют ограничения на въезд транспорта. Мы были с маленьким ребенком и соответственно хотели подъехать поближе,чтобы разгрузить авто. И получилось так что свернув на улицу мы увидели знак запрещающий въезд без разрешения. Но за нами собрались машины и деваться было некуда- пришлось ехать. Насколько я знаю если в этой зоне расположена туристическая недвижимость,то владелец может передать номера авто,чтобы на него не выписали штраф за въезд. Но владелец сказал,что с этим ничего не поделаешь🤷‍♂️ Так же в сообщении он высылает адрес ближайшего паркинга. Будьте внимательны и лучше воспользуйтесь им только для того,чтобы донести багаж до квартиры. На паркинге отсутствуют суточные тарифы. За 43 часа парковки мы заплатила -130€!!! Эта самая дорогая парковка за все наше путешествие по Италии.
