    Overall it was good

    The key collection instructions are confusing. It was said to be collected at margate hotel after hours. Only to find out the arrangements don't exist anymore

    Wonderful stay, thank you.

    The location was exceptional, walk to the beach was a breeze. Waking up to the sea breeze was awesome.

    The mattresses if could be changed, they are worn out, especially for a longer stay that we had. That would be a bonus.

    Wonderful stay at Ramsgate

    Proximity to beach

    Absence of elevator lift. Parking bays are ample, but very tight spaces in bays... First come first serve basis on parking bays means that if people park badly in their bay, you struggle to get your vehicle in and open your door to get out.
