Beautiful spacious room overlooking Sakurajima
Beautiful spacious room - well worth booking a room with the Sakurajima view as it was so impressive. Great amenities in the room as well as in the rest of the hotel - the onsen, foot bath and gym were particularly nice. We have to give a very big thanks to the lovely concierge who helped us in our time of needing finding lost property from a bus journey and booking a medical appointment - she went above and beyond and was fantastic. The hotel is a short walk to a tram stop, and otherwise a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of the city, so very well located.

Beautiful hotel. Huge room. Great view. Big comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice and more relaxed than most Japanese hotels I've stayed at.
