    Incredible ryokan experience in the middle of nowhere

    We were worried a ryokan in the middle of nowhere had no one who could speak english but we were pleasantly surprised at the lady manager’s proficiency and she was excellent in communicating in english. The private onsen was incredible and so were the public baths.

    AWESOME! Highly recommended.

    + The staff were very friendly and helpful. + We pre-ordered the sukiyaki for dinner. It was absolutely delicious. + The rooms were spacious and comfortable. + Private Onsen is available. But you will need to shower at the public onsen first. + The grounds were beautiful. A very relaxing stay.

    - There wasn't any convenience store nearby and the location was not the best. But if you are looking for a quaint ryokan it is definitely a great stay.
