    The house was perfect! Big entrance with terrace, living room and dining table, kitchen fully equipped, washing machine and two bathrooms (both with shower) and 3 bedrooms with queen size beds! Best part was the host, Fernanda!! She was amazing with us she was always available and helpful

    Be aware that the house is located in a narrow street. Parking can be difficult as it’s on a slope but manageable

    Toller Ausgangspunkt im Westen – sehr herzliche Gastgeberin

    Wir waren zu dritt eine Woche im Simão House und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat genug Platz für drei Personen geboten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Sie war jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar, hat schnell geantwortet und uns bei Fragen unkompliziert geholfen. Auch die Abreise am frühen Morgen war dank Schlüsselbox völlig problemlos.

    Ehrlich gesagt nichts, was der Unterkunft anzulasten wäre. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es Hähne, die uns morgens teils sehr früh geweckt haben. Das gehört auf Madeira aber einfach dazu und liegt nicht am Vermieter. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, packt sich vielleicht Ohrstöpsel ein

    Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu w Simao House, spełnił nasze oczekiwania.

    Minusem na dłuższy pobyt jest brak mebli do przechowywania ubrań.

    Mooi huisje met een fantastisch uitzicht. Alles was voorhanden en proper. Goed dat er een parkeerplaats bij het huisje is, wel even oefenen omdat ze stijl en klein is, maar zeker goed te doen om je auto hier te plaatsen.
