Amazing!
The staff is amazing. Sayd, Sofia, Lamia, all off them were so friendly with us. We should stay in another place in the next days, but we changed our reservation to stay at Smith 2 more days Breakfast, staff and the room. Everything is incredible! The service of taxi too! Mr. Abdul was very nice. Good cars and pontuality.

AWFUL. Never recommend to anyone.
Nothing. Old repairs, awful smell
I had a booking 13-14.06.25. CONFIRMATION NUMBER: 6515.746.399. When I arrived at the hotel (late evening), I found that all four rooms I was assigned were smoking ones, and they had an awful smell. I had to stay in really non-demanding facilities in Ethiopia, so I can't say that I'm a fastidious customer. That was inappropriate. The Staff said they can't suggest something else. I had to move to another hotel. The Smith Hotel charged me $ 75 and never responded to my claim for a refund. No money returned. AWFUL. Never recommend to anyone.
