    Needs some TLC and it could be a great apartment!

    The best thing about this apartment was the location. It was literally a few minutes walk over the bridge to Ortigia. There was parking on site and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were pretty comfortable. We had use of the washing machine and the apartment had everything you need. There was a lift which was handy as we were on the 2nd floor. A very spacious apartment.

    There was no seating are! There was a table and chairs in the kitchen but no lounge. One of the wardrobes in one of the bedrooms couldn’t be used as the doors were broken. The handle kept falling off the bedroom door. The windows didn’t close properly as they were so old. There was a really bad sewage smell in one of the bathrooms so you had to keep the window open. The cleaner arrived even before we had chance to leave the property and walked straight in the front door and this was nearly an hour before check out time! It wasn’t cleaned very well. I nearly walked back out when we first arrived as it wasn’t as nice as the photos and I didn’t realise there was no lounge! We don’t stay out late and are usually home around 10pm so usually like to sit and chill before bedtime!
