    De locatie

    Het gedrag van de host, we hebben namelijk doodangsten uitgestaan. Alles was prima totdat we in de nacht wakker werden van gebons op de deur, mijn vriendin hoorde dit al vanaf 00.30 en zag ook de deurklink enkele keren bewegen. Ik werd zelf om 00.50 wakker van het gebons en een oproep op mijn telefoon. Bleek dat ik al 5 gemiste oproepen had van de host en iemand die langs zou komen voor het geld. In de instructies op whatsapp stond dat we het geld contant moesten achterlaten in de keybox bij de checkout, maar blijkbaar stond in de instructies op boeking.com dat we dit bij het inchecken moesten achterlaten. Uiteindelijk kwam ik er dus achter dat ze langskwamen voor het geld en heb ik het geld maar snel onder de deur doorgeschoven. Wanneer ze dit deden op een redelijk tijdstip, oke. Maar om 00.30 in de nacht???? Gebons en zelfs proberen de kamer in te komen is echt onacceptabel en doodeng. De dag erna heb ik contact opgenomen met de host over de situatie en gaf ze aan dat wij fout zaten omdat dit in het welkomstbericht stond op booking.com, maar later heeft ze zelf mij een ander bericht gestuurd via whatsapp dat we het geld konden achterlaten bij de checkout. Vervolgens vroeg ik om een compensatie voor de gebrokennacht en de angsten die we hebben uitgestaan. Ging ze niet op in omdat alles duidelijk was en sloot ze het gesprek af. Ik gaf aan dat ik een slechte review zou achterlaten en contact zou opnemen met boeking.com. Toen heeft ze zelfs de boeking geannuleerd. Gelukkig heet Booking.com dit terug gedraaid. Als je doodangsten wilt uitstaan in de nacht boek dan vooral een nacht hier!
