Amei tudo, pelo preço foi tudo excelente, o cafe da manha não é luxuoso mas e o suficiente, e tudo feito na hora, as instalações são ótimas as pessoas são ótimas, voltaria com certeza...

Nice location
Breakfast was very nice at the hotel pool side. The structure is far from the hotel road, but still in a nice location, with many resturants around. They have laundry room, with free washing machines and dry machine to be paid per minute (1 peso x minute).
Unfortunately TULUM during August time has seaweeds, so it was not the best time to visit the seaside and many activities around are closed in this season.

Le mobilier de l’appareil est moderne. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut.
L’odeur d’humidité insoutenable qui m’a obligé à louer dans un autre hotel. (Cafard, poussière, et odeur de moisi). L’état général de la résidence : mal entretenue, piscine sale. Petit déjeuner simple, basique et pauvre en quantité. L’endroit où il est servi n’est pas top. Très déçu

Mala experiencia.
La habitación es confortable y tiene una buena ubicación.
El desayuno es lo mismo todos los dias solo huevo sin nada. Pan tostado y fruta( la misma todos los días). En 3 ocasiones pedimos a la carta pero no había insumos para nada más. Como mi estancia era menor a 7 dias no hay aseo a la habitación y tampoco hay cambio de toallas. La limpieza corre por tu cuenta. La habitación olía mucho a humedad. No hay suficientes cajones de estacionamiento en 2 ocasiones tuvimos que dejar el carro en la cuadra siguiente. Existen mejores opciones.

Tout était parfait l hotel super piscine au top et personnel à l écoute et très aimable.
Rien à dire sur l appartement, mais pas de pression au robinet et douche
