Problem ze zwrotem kaucji
Bliskość obiektu od plaży
Zapłaciliśmy kaucję 400EUR,ktora zgodnie z info. na stronie obiektu miała zostać zwrócona po wyprowadzeniu. My na zwrot czekaliśmy ponad 20 dni. Pisaliśmy do właściciela który nic nam nie odpowiedział. Z pomocą booking udało się po wielu mailach odzyskać pieniądze. Drugi problem to utrudniony kontakt przy zameldowaniu. Nie mogłam się dodzwonić żeby dostać kod do skrytki na klucze. Właściciel powinien przesłać kod o godzinie w której jest zameldowanie a nie czekać aż goście się odezwa i jeszcze nie odbierać i nie odpisywać. Kolejne to basen, który jest w ofercie obiektu. Nam dwa dni przed zameldowaniem przesłano informacje, że basen będzie nieczynny że względu na remont. O takich rzeczach należy wcześniej informować a nie na ostatnią chwilę żeby klient nie mógł bezkosztowo anulować rezerwacji. Stanowczo nie polecam gospodarza. Nieprofesjonalne podejście
