    The location was excellent. The apartment was amazing, light, bright and enormous.

    The lighting in the kitchen was poor. There were no recycling facilities.

    Potential to be a lovely property, but felt this was still an ongoing unfinished project.

    Good central location. LIght and airy spacious property.

    We didnt feel the property was quite ready to accept guests. Some decorating had been done, new carpets fitted throughout, but lots of unfinished elements of the project.ie metal hinges left sticking out of doorframe after doors removed, patch of bare plaster/paint peeling off bedroom ceiling. Vintage sofas were uncomfortable. Although we weren't eating in the apartment, didnt feel the kitchenette was fit for purpose.

    Beautiful old apartment in need of renovation with great potential in a central location.

    The apartment is very spacious, with the exception of the kitchen. It is in a beautiful old building with very high ceilings and is fairly well equipped. The location is perfect for being in the centre of town.

    The apartment decor is tired and needs refurbishing, but the owners advised us of that on arrival and they intend to do so. It will be fabulous when this is done. The main issue was with building works going on in the same building, constant noise from 9am until 6pm. The owners said this is outside their control but it did spoil our stay as we couldn't go back to the apartment to relax in the daytime. Once these works are completed it should be more peaceful and a great location for a Buxton town centre break.
