It was convenient to a lot of food & shopping and to the conference center which is why we were there.

Needed a couple more outlets near the beds for charging phones.

Overall, a comfortable hotel with good service and convenient amenities.

Although my stay was only one night, I had a very pleasant experience at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge. The room was comfortable and well suited for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was appropriate and offered a convenient start to the day. The service was also good, with friendly and attentive staff who contributed to an enjoyable experience. Overall, a comfortable hotel with good service and convenient amenities. I would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit to Pigeon Forge.
