    Squirrel Lodge, Camelot Holiday Park

    The style of the caravan / lodge , everything was clean and tidy on arrival, the beds were comfortable and cosy but the bathrooms were very small and compact to move around inside them and the toilet area was very small and a tight fit!! Nice quiet sight clean and fresh bedding, towels, toiletries ect. Good parking next to the lodge but slippery decking steps when wet.

    On both the nights we stayed going up to Scotland and back down again the TV 's in the lounge area and the double bedroom did not work !! On the night we spent coming back down from Scotland, The traffic at the top of the rd was very loud and you could hear it throughout the night. Also the washing powder used to clean the bedding had a very strong smell to it and my eyes were watering and I couldn't get to sleep very well!! One of the globes on the main light in the lounge area was missing and looked odd ,

    Enjoyed our short stay and would stay again.

    I found the property excellent for what we wanted as this was used for a one night stay for further travelling. As we only stayed for 1 night it would be unfair of me to try and give a full in depth evaluation.

    If I’m being really picky , we like to leave a property how we found it and we tried the hoover , which was not much cop . I also think that the field to walk the dog had been churned up to make room for some more lodges / caravans, so no where to really walk our dog.
