    Gorgeous historical hotel on the main street of beautiful Ouray.

    I loved the vibe of this place, it was gorgeous. The room was comfortable and all was clean and well laid out.

    Not having anyone on staff when needed was a bit of a pain.

    Very disappointed in service.

    Good location

    No one was at the front desk ever, put sign out to get room cleaned no towels no one told us about code. Had to call to check in. When made reservation and had printed we would get breakfast no breakfast overall very disappointed.

    It was great. Brittany was great. We saw our Pals on the Colorado 500 Motorcycle ride.

    The location was walking distance to all the events we were there for.

    If I'm being picky, the shower was very tiny and it took some wiggling to get in. But that is all the room they have, so I understand.
