Have to say Pauline was excellent, super efficient and responded well to questions. She’s a credit to the company.

Could be better
Booked the property for 6 adults, lack of crockery and cutlery for 6 people, only 4 chairs at dinner table, wifi not connected to internet, not all pillows had pillow cases, towels in bedrooms only for 5 people, would recommend fitted sheets, no lock on bathroom or toilet doors, only 4 toilet rolls provided which were not full rolls, mould on bathroom ceiling and small bedroom.
