good repair, there is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer, dishes, but everything is very dirty. The feeling that after people move out, only the bedding is replaced, and maybe the floor is cleaned a little. The apartment is in an old building, and the bathroom smells of sewage.
