    Clean and comfortable

    The view was beautiful and the place it self was clean and well equipped. Fabio was very helpful and always very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommended to anyone who visit Catania.

    W obiekcie największym plusem był taras, mimo karaluchów chodzących po nim.

    Zdecydowanie odradzam ten nocleg! Przez praktycznie cały 3-dniowy pobyt nie było ciepłej wody, a mimo wielokrotnych zgłoszeń problem nie został rozwiązany. Właściciel wykazywał się brakiem profesjonalizmu i empatii, a jego odpowiedzi na zgłaszane problemy były lekceważące i nie na miejscu. Dodatkowo niesprawna klimatyzacja przeciekała, zalewając podłogę i moją walizkę ze sprzętem elektronicznym. Właściciel nie poinformował nas o konieczności opróżniania kilkulitrowego pojemnika na wodę ani o ryzyku zalania. Zamiast wziąć odpowiedzialność za usterki, po pobycie zaczął obwiniać nas i grozić konsekwencjami pieniężnymi. Dodatkowo instalacje elektryczne w pokoju są wysoce niebezpieczne - do jednego kontaktu podłączone są wszystkie sprzęty kuchenne, a kontakt syczy prądem. Fatalny standard, brak podstawowych udogodnień i nieprofesjonalne podejście do gości. Zdecydowanie nie polecam i nigdy więcej nie skorzystałabym z tego miejsca
